Online dating is not for everyone — and that’s okay.
According to the Pew Research Center, 15 percent of American adults use online dating sites and apps, and 59 percent believe it’s a good way to meet people. But that doesn’t mean online dating is the end-all-be-all of finding a partner.

Getting consumed by the world of profile pictures, ghosting and sometimes shallow hookups can be discouraging, and can often lead to burn out. Sometimes the healthiest thing to do is to delete your profile so you can take stock of what really matters.
